ICT development monitoring

The project aimed to develop a national system for reporting on the progress of ICT and information society development.

Under the project best international practices in ICT data collection were analyzed. Regulations stating a set of indicators for ICT development monitoring and data collection and processing methods were proposed. We also set data presentation format and prepared ICT data to be used in the national system . Besides, the analysis of the country’s progress in ICT development was performed and the impact of actions taken in the last 10 years was evaluated.

It resulted in correction recommendations that were used by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization in decision-making process
