Electronic Appeals

Electronic appeals submitted by private individuals and individual entrepreneurs are investigated by JSV Giprosvjaz in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 "On appeals of citizens and legal entities"

Electronic appeals should be submitted in the Belarusian language or in the Russian language.

Electronic appeals which fall in to the following categories shall not be investigated into:

• required fields are completed only partially
• contain text that can not be read
• contain obscene or offensive words or expressions
• subjected to review in accordance with the law on constitutional proceedings, civil, economic or criminal legislation, etc.
• contain questions that are not related to the competence of JSV Giprosvjaz
• resubmitted appeals which were considered earlier and do not not contain new facts of relevance
