In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus №78 "Concerning the measures to enhance the effectiveness of the social and economic sector of the Republic of Belarus" dated February 23, 2016, the State Program for the Development of the Digital Economy and the Information Society for 2016-2020 and  the State Program "Housing Construction" for 2016-2020 JSV "Giprosvjaz" specialists of the research and testing center are carrying out R&D work on the topic “Structure development, interaction principles and technical requirements for a unified system, that manage, monitor and record information from intelligent buildings engineering systems”. For coordination of technical and organizational solutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications and Informatozation, an interdepartment working group, which  include representatives of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Architecture, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, Minskvodokanal, Minsk City Executive Committee and other organizations, has been set up. At present, the 4th stage of R&D work is being implemented, within which technical requirements for elements, interfaces and communication channels are developed.
