Action plan for 2016 on cultural development was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus No 81 on March 23, 2016
The document is aimed at implementation of the state cultural policy, education of patriotic consciousness of citizens, expansion information technologies in cultural institutions, formation of moral qualities of the youth, etc.
